Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Innty Solutions are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussions, then you and Innty Solutions agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event the mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and legally binding. Innty Solutions reserves the right to select a neutral mediator or arbitrator and any applicable laws and legal venue shall be based on Wyoming statutes. Further, the cost of any mediation and or arbitration will be shared equally between you and Innty Solutions. Not withstanding any other provisions in these Terms an Conditions, you and Innty Solutions agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief, including violations of IP rights.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is determined by a proper court of jurisdiction, or arbitrator, or similar body, to be invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise ineffective, Innty Solutions along with proper legal representatives, shall make every reasonable effort to cure that provision in question and make it valid and enforceable, ensuring this process and final result, upholds the overall spirit of these Terms and Conditions. If this process is unattainable, then Innty Solutions and or its legal representative, shall proceed to invalidate that provision in question so it may be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions, with the remaining provisions, Terms and Conditions, and agreements, shall remain in effect and shall be valid and legally enforceable.
Changes and Revisions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to reflect any changes to the way Innty Solutions operates this site, and the way Innty Solutions expects users to behave while on and in using this site. Innty Solutions shall notify users by email and or through a reasonably acceptable communication means, of any changes to these Terms and Conditions or, including posting a notice on this site.
